RENT - You deserve the best

The car was clean, in great condition, and the pricing was reasonable. No hidden surprises, no unnecessary complications, just a straightforward and reliable service.What I also really liked was how simple it was to find the parking area where the car was located. After leaving the airport, it was only around a 3-minute walk from their office to the airport parking lot, so the pickup and drop off process felt very smooth.I’ll definitely be using TOPrent⁠ again for my future trips to Lithuania and would recommend them to anyone looking for an easy car rental experience at Kaunas Airport. Update for below: they have finally refunded me after more than 4 month and only when this review went viral. For that reason I am not taking it down nor changing my rating to make other people aware and more vigilant. Updating my review as this company has just mocked me in mid day light. I have rented again as had a good experience before. Little did I know. I needed to extend my stay so I rang to extend rent. They had no problem with that but I later realised I needed insurance too which was not included with extension. I rang again to hold with the rent. Then I found that renting as new account is more cost efficient and insurance included than extending so I returned vehicle on time frame. However I was told that money already been deducted from my card for extension and they told it will be refunded. I have presented them with all documentation that car was returned. After long communication they have admitted the mistake and promised that refund will be issued. As of today is almost 4 month but no money received. Be aware as they are quick to take your money but no refunds. Show less

Very poor service, I will never again use this company. Landed, office closed, 10 min to get through to someone on the phone, was told staff are on the way, waited half an hour still - no one, called again, 10 min on hold yet again, someone picked up the phone to tell me staff is there and maybe I went somewhere else, told I was in front of the office, then told to go to enterprise car rental and someone would help, waisted time waiting and misinformed 45min unnecessary after what was a long day of travel already . Great price for the rental. However, I was not aware that the keys had to collected from Enterprise stall. The lady at the counter helped me with my insurance as I had bought the wrong policy through Ryanair.Overall, great customer service and quality of cars. Show less

Zapomnij o odzyskaniu swojego depozytu 300€ !!!!! (na który trzeba czekać 30 dni) zawsze znajdą coś żeby nie oddać twoich nie małych pieniędzy, bardzo ciężki kontakt i bardzo nie miła obsługa po zakończeniu umowy wynajmu traktują cię jak śmiecia !!! Kasują cię za co chcą i ile chcą, auto inne niż zamawiałem o wiele gorszym standardzie , brudne na zewnątrz i nie posprzątane w środku, choć oczekują oddania auta posprzątanego lub uiszczenia opłaty 15€. Wykupienie dodatkowych ubezpieczeń plus dodatkowe 50€ jeśli jedziesz za granicę. I nie wiem co tam jeszcze ale z taniego wynajęcia auta zrobił się rachunek jak bym wynajął prywatny samolot na kilka dni !!!! Nie polecam nie skorzystam więcej i WSZYSTKICH OSTRZEGAM PRZED TYMI OSZYSTAMI !!!! Show less
